Please note that The Hearing Lab Store only facilitate the repair process to help your item be correctly identified and be moved through the manufacturer's warehouse at a faster rate than if they were sent independently. Because of such, The Hearing Lab Store cannot directly advise of the turnaround time as it is dependent on what capacity the manufacturer is working at the time the form is submitted, but we can assure they always endeavour to get your item back to you as soon as possible.
